Orders placed on Monday-Friday before 12 PM CET will be processed that day, excluding public holidays, and will be shipped within 7 business days. All our orders will be traceable. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number.
Shipping costs which depend on the size of your item.
Domestic orders will be shipped via PostNL. Please note that it might take up to 2 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.
International orders will ship via PostNL. It might take up to 14 business days to receive your order. Please note, for international orders the recipient is responsible for duties or taxes. These are not included.
There is also the possibility to pick up your order at the atelier in Amsterdam. Select Pick up at the Amsterdam atelier at check out. We will contact you in order to arrange a time and date to make this possible.

If you are somehow not pleased with your purchase, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. You will receive information about the further processing.
After you filled in the return form, place the product on the original box and packaging and attach it to your package
It is important to note that if you’re returning from a country outside the EU, please state clearly on the parcel that the shipment is a RETURN ORDER. If you fail to do so there will be import duty or taxes that we will balance with your order. You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item.

Please note that the products can only be returned within 10 days after the delivery. Besides, objects can only be returned if they are not used, in the same packaging condition as delivered and with the labels attached.
When you send a package back to us, please make sure to use a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for any lost packages. We reserve the right to deny credit if the package returned to us is damaged or incomplete or does not meet our return policy requirements in any other way.
