Where are your products made?
The majority of our products are made in The Netherlands in small quantities and by local suppliers. Other product are produced the EU. For specific origins of each product, please visit the product page or email info@studiopols.com.

Do you have a retail partner that I can visit to take a look at your products in real life?
Not yet but we are working on that so hopefully really soon.

   
S H I P P I N G

Can I pick up the order somewhere? 
Yes, it is possible to pick up your order at the atelier in Amsterdam. Please fill in ‘pick up at the atelier in Amsterdam’ when checking out. We will get in contact with you on when and where you can pick it up. 

Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information when your order leaves our atelier. All packages will be send by PostNL. You can track your parcel here.

How long does it take before I will receive my package?
This depends on the delivery address, but you can count on:

The Netherlands: 1-2 working days
Europe: 2-6 working days
Canada, US and Australia: 8-10 working days

How much does the delivery cost? 
This depends on the delivery address and the size of the package. You can see the exact amount at the checkout. But you can count on:

The Netherlands: € 5,95
Belgium: € 8,75 – € 11,20
Germany: € 9,00 – € 11,45

Luxembourg: € 11,50 – € 13,95
United Kingdom: € 11,75 – € 14,20
France: € 13,75 – € 16,20

Italy: € 14,75 – € 17,20
Spain: € 15,50 – € 17,95

Portugal: € 17,50 – € 19,95
Austria and Denmark: € 14,00 – € 16,45
Sweden: € 19,50 – € 21,95
Greece: € 26,50 – € 28,95
Ireland and Finland: € 18,25 – € 20,70
Hungary and Poland: € 19,25 – € 21,70
Switzerland and Norway: € 18,84 + kilo fee
USA, Australia, Canada, Russia, Japan  Indonesia, Argentina, Brazil and Thailand: € 20,40 + kilo fee


Please note that the rates are exclusive of VAT.
Large and fragile packages will be send insured and a signature is needed for receipt.

Is the VAT included in the prices shown on the site?
Yes, VAT of 21% is included.

Are extra fees and taxes includes in the price?
No, please note that potential customs and import fees and taxes applied on orders shipped to countries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer. 


R E T U R N S

Is it possible to return my package? 
Yes, if you are not happy with your purchase it is possible to return. 
Please note that the products can only be returned within 10 days after the delivery. Besides, objects can only be returned if they are not used, in the same packaging and condition as delivered and with the labels attached.
